Generally the transit time at normal status is as follow. For USA, it takes about 6 to 12 business days. (Not include remote areas and can't send to APO/AFO address). Shipping Guarantee All items sold by NextsChain are guaranteed to be delivered in 45 days for USA, Europe, South And East Asian(Not include the remote areas) , 90 days for other countries. And all orders shipped from the US, EU, FR, ES, RU and AU warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation. Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances: Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information; Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war etc; Any uninsured order that is lost or stolen; Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond NextsChain's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
